Churches for CHANGED is a resource and community for pastors and church leaders who want to uphold biblical truth while compassionately walking with individuals navigating questions around sexuality and identity. We exist to equip churches with clarity, wisdom, and practical support, not to engage in culture wars or political messaging.

Churches for CHANGED is interdenominational. We work with pastors and churches across many denominations and traditions. Our primary authority is Scripture, and our theological convictions flow from a historic Christian understanding of the Bible.

No. Churches for CHANGED does not offer therapy, counseling, or any form of coercive practice. We provide biblical teaching, pastoral resources, real-life testimonies, and space for thoughtful conversation so church leaders can respond wisely and responsibly within their own pastoral context.

Yes. Watching Navigating LGBTQ for Pastors is the first step in the Churches for CHANGED process. It gives us a shared foundation, common language, and a unified framework for how we approach these conversations.

This series reflects years of experience working with churches and individuals, and many of the most common pastoral questions are addressed within it. It also establishes the theological and pastoral groundwork for the more specific conversations, tools, and support offered inside Churches for CHANGED.

This is for pastors, elders, ministry leaders, and church staff who are asking practical questions like:

• How do we hold biblical convictions while loving people well?

• How do we respond when someone in our church identifies as LGBTQ?

• How do we shepherd faithfully in a complex cultural moment?

Every person is treated with dignity, respect, and care. We believe pastoral ministry should reflect both biblical conviction and Christlike compassion.

We hold ourselves to clear pastoral standards and best practices, which are outlined in detail in our Pastoral Care Protocol.

This protocol exists to help churches engage responsibly, ethically, and thoughtfully.

We affirm historic Christian teaching on Scripture, identity, marriage, and discipleship. Our focus is not behavior modification or labels, but walking with Jesus toward wholeness, obedience, and transformation over time.
