All of us who have left LGBTQ behind have a unique perspective on sexual and gender identity. We are able to see issues from multiple angles with the advantage of lived experiences. As a result, we offer insightful views that incorporate compassionate and empathetic understanding of LGBTQ.
Sharing our stories in the public arena spreads the word that “we exist” to people who might never have known there are different ways forward for those who experience LGBTQ.
